Fondant Chocolate Cake

Check out the Crispy Chocolate Fondant recipe on the top and melting inside. Very simple to prepare and delicious with a custard.

PREPARATION GUIDE:
  • 8 people
  • Preparation time: 15 minutes
  • cooking time: 25 minutes
  • Difficulty: easy

INGREDIENTS:
  • 200 g (0.55 lb) of dark chocolate
  • 150 g (0.33 lb) of butter
  • 150 g (0.33 lb) caster sugar
  • 50 g (0.11 lb) of flour
  • 3 eggs

PREPARATION:

STEP 1: Start by removing the butter from the refrigerator so that it softens. If you have forgotten, just put it in the microwave for ten seconds, it will be easier for you to work afterwards.

STEP 2: In a saucepan, break the chocolate into pieces to which you add 3 tablespoons of water and melt it over medium heat in a bain-marie (in a larger saucepan filled with water).

STEP 3: Meanwhile, in a bowl, you work with a wooden spoon the soft butter ointment, to which you add the powdered sugar. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes light and unctuous. You can also help an electric mixer, more effective to get the desired consistency.

STEP 4: Add the eggs one by one alternating with the flour. Tip: stir and work the dough well between each egg and flour, until the dough is fully incorporated. To make the dough more even, you can also give a little electric mixer.

STEP 5: Then add the melted chocolate to the mixture, stirring well with a spoon. Butter your pan, pour in the dough and bake, preheated to 150 ° C (302° F), for 25 to 30 minutes.

STEP 6: Place the icing sugar on the top of the cake once it has completely cooled. To serve cold.

Enjoy)
