Quick Chocolate Brioche

Ingredients:

  • 250g (0.55 lb) of flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 ml (0.05 gal) of liquid cream
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 50 ml (0.01 gal) caster sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:


  • STEP 1: Preheat the oven (180 ° C / 356 ° F) .

  • STEP 2: Take all the ingredients in a bowl.

  • STEP 3: Mix with the squeegee and pour half of the dough into a buttered cake tin.

  • STEP 4: Place the chocolate, in bars, in the center and along the entire length of the mold.

  • STEP 5: Pour the second half of the dough to cover the chocolate.

  • STEP 6: Fork 25 to 30 min.
