Cauliflower Tajine with Curry

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 big cauliflower
  • 2 onions
  • curry powder
  • olive oil
  • salt pepper

PREPARATION:

STEP 1: Clean and cut the cauliflower into florets.

STEP 2: Peel and chop the onions.

STEP 3: Heat 3 tbsp. olive oil in a tajine.

STEP 4: Brown the onions for 5 minutes.
  
STEP 5: Add the cauliflower florets then the curry powder and let it come back for 10 minutes, mixing well.

STEP 6: Pour a small amount of water into the tajine, then cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the cauliflower is cooked.

STEP 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir well.

STEP 8: Serve it hot.
