INGREDIENTS:
- 350 g (0.77 lb) raspberries,
- 250 g (0.55 lb) of mascarpone,
- 80 g (0.18 lb) of sugar,
- 2 eggs.
PREPARATION:
STEP 1: In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar and mascarpone.
STEP 2: Raise the egg whites to snow and then add them gently to the mixture.
