Vegetarian Tuna



A desire for tuna but the guests are vegetarians? Why not keep the same recipe as a "tuna-mayonnaise" but in a vegetarian version? How to replace the fish? Simple and delicious. Tip: do not reveal the ingredients until you have tasted the guests

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Spices of your choice (Italian mixture, garlic, caraway, curry, etc.)
  • 1 baguette or 1 packet of sliced bread
  • Grated Cheddar

PREPARATION:

STEP 1: Open the chickpea tin and drain it. Crush the chickpeas coarsely with a fork. Add mayonnaise. Season.

STEP 2: Spread slices of bread. Add grated cheddar cheese. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 ° C, to melt the cheese.
